Ana Julia de la Llave

Ana Julia leads the science and technology projects at STEM High. She studied food engineering at University of Las Américas Puebla. She worked 8 years for Mondelez International Inc. in Puebla, Puebla, Mexico. During the firsts 5 of her career in this company, Ana Julia worked in the area of research and development of new products where she participated in the creation of 50 products and was the leader of 30 of the most recognized brands of chewing gum in Mexico. From 2017 to 2020, she worked in the procurement area of the company as Procurement Specialist and responsible of the whole development process and launch of 110 new products, many of which are leading brands of cookies and cheeses in the Mexican market. During these four years, she also was the Productivity Leader of this department at a regional level.
In 2005, she founded, with other partners, Depil-arte, a small business endeavor where she served as manager for two years. She studied biomagnetism obtaining the title of therapist. She is married and mother of two children.
